Product Description

DM0707 soft cone winder is suitable for all kinds of yarn winding and offering the cheese for deying necessary.
FEATURES:
1. Perfect soft package edge and density uniformity
2. Winding Transmission: Every spindle is driven by a motor (90W) individually which is powered by an inverter
3. Winding speed and density: 800m/min for cotton yarn
600m/min for polyester yarn
The density is 0.2-0.4g/cm3 (depends on yarn types);
4. Electronic yarn breaks auto-stop function;
5. Anti-hard-edge function and electrical wobble frequency ant patterning function;
6. Package diameter and traverse: Diameter <=200mm. The traverse is 152mm
7. Yarn length counting for per spindle.
8. Advance touch screen operating system.
